Out of Hours and Emergencies
When We Are Closed
If you need to speak with a doctor while the surgery is closed please call 0161 763 8940 to access the out of hours service.
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
Out-of-hours services are very busy so please think carefully before ringing and only do so if you cannot wait until the surgery is open.
Extended Access Surgery
If you require a GP or Nurse appointment during the evening or weekend
You can contact the surgery and request an appointment.

- Tonge Fold Health Centre, Hilton Street, Bolton, BL2 6DY
Available:
- 6.30pm – 9.30pm Monday to Friday evenings
- 9:00am – 17:00 Saturdays
